Booking Policies
House Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests at our beachfront vacation home, we kindly ask that the following rules be respected: No parties or events permitted, no pets, no smoking or vaping inside the house, and only registered guests allowed. These guidelines help maintain the quality of our coastal vacation rentals and enhance the experience for everyone enjoying Fort Myers Beach rentals.

Check-in: 5 PM
Check-out: 10 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for our beachfront vacation home, but cannot be guaranteed.
Guests will receive check-in instructions prior to arrival at our coastal vacation rentals, including those in Fort Myers Beach rentals.
Reservation & Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking for our beachfront vacation home, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed upon. Please note that reservations for our coastal vacation rentals, including Fort Myers Beach rentals, are not confirmed until the initial payment has been received.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations for our beachfront vacation home are final. We maintain a strict no-refund cancellation policy for our coastal vacation rentals. Once a reservation is confirmed, payments are non-refundable for any reason. In the event we are able to rebook the same dates for our Fort Myers Beach rentals, a refund may be considered at the owner's discretion.
Rates
Rates for our beachfront vacation home start at $1,795 per night during the low season and $2,950 per night in peak season. Please note that pricing for holidays and special events may vary. Exact pricing will be provided during the booking process for our coastal vacation rentals. Additionally, a $650 cleaning fee per stay applies to all reservations for Fort Myers Beach rentals.
