Booking Policies
House Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests at our luxury coastal vacation rentals, we kindly ask that the following rules be respected: No parties or events permitted, no pets, no smoking or vaping inside the house, and only registered guests allowed. We strive to provide the best Punta Gorda accommodations and a serene waterfront retreat experience.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.
Guests will receive check-in instructions prior to arrival at our luxury coastal vacation rentals in Punta Gorda. Enjoy your stay at our waterfront retreat!
Reservation & Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for our luxury coastal vacation rentals, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please note that your Punta Gorda accommodations reservation is not confirmed until the initial payment has been received for your waterfront retreat.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations for our luxury coastal vacation rentals are final. We maintain a strict no-refund cancellation policy. Once a reservation is confirmed for your Punta Gorda accommodations, payments are non-refundable for any reason. In the event we are able to rebook the same dates for your waterfront retreat, a refund may be considered at the owner's discretion.

An additional $350 cleaning fee per stay applies to all reservations at our waterfront retreat.
